1. Further detail of your event on request and before payment is made.
2. Post event:
   a. Analysis of attendees by relevant demographic criteria.
   b. Photographs of the event which may be used in wider publicity and which have the permission of those being photographed for this purpose.
   c. A short report describing the event in detail.
   d. Documentary proof of expenditure if required by the AWM or WMEC Audit Process.
